In vetronite with positive photoresist copper plating.
THICKNESS:1,6 mm
BOARD PREPARATION:1) Place original on vetronite, as shown in the technical drawing, and expose to lamp light. NOTE: exposure time varies according to type of lamp used. For example, U.V. lamps require exposure time of about 2-3 minutes, while halogen lamps from 800 W require about 3 minutes.
2) Immerse board for about two minutes in a container of pre-prepared developer 7/5690. This immersion time will also vary according to the concentration of developer and the temperature. However, being a "visible phenomenon," the process is easy to control.
3) Engraving: After rinsing under running water, immerse board in a container of pre-prepared acid 7/327. To decrease engraving time, acid should be kept at 30° - 40°C. Photoresist can be removed from the tracks with any solvent.
